A friendly and inclusive primary school in Portsmouth is seeking a creative and caring Year 1 Teacher to join their KS1 team from September 2025. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about early learning and supporting a smooth transition from EYFS to more structured learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum

Support pupils’ phonics, reading, and early numeracy skills

Foster emotional and social development through strong routines and care

Work closely with colleagues, TAs, and parents to meet each child’s needs
