Contract/Project
- Solid Microsoft IT experience, minimum of 6 years of professional experience within a consultancy environment
- 4+ years of experience as either a CE functional lead and/or CE senior functional consultant
- At least 5 end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Dynamics 365
- Expert knowledge of at least 4 of the following modules, Sales, Customer Service, Dynamics Marketing, Omnichannel, Project Operations, Field Service or Power Pages.
- Experience with SharePoint integration with CE.
- Excellent client facing skills eg verbal, client demonstrations, deliver training at all levels of within an organization.
- Ability to balance short-term demands while maintaining the long-term vision needed to guide a customer through the implementation process.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work on Agile/Waterfall project delivery
- Good understanding of Power Automate, PowerApps, Dataverse and PowerBI.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps or other similar enterprise planning and delivery tools
