D365 Support Engineer
My client is seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their IT support team, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) specifically within the manufacturing modules.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for D365 F&O user issues, primarily within manufacturing-related modules
- Log, triage, and resolve support tickets in line with SLAs
- Escalate more complex issues when needed
- Support business users with navigation, transaction errors, and workflow issues in F&O
- Work closely with manufacturing and production teams to understand and troubleshoot system issues
Experience:
- Prior experience in a 1st Line Support or Application Support role
- Strong working knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing modules
