Job Requirements

ITOM Architect -

Experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and/or ServiceNow ITAM.
A strong understanding of the CMDB and applicable governance.
Be able to lead workshops, run ITOM Discovery (product) and analyse/adjust results for a robust implementation delivering a healthy CMDB.
Must have a Mainline certification in ITOM/ITAM.
