Looking for HR Data Analysts for a 6-month contract to support an Identity Platform implementation and Oracle Fusion migration. The role involves data cleansing, validation, and management of HR data, ensuring it meets the required standards for IT, HR, Payroll, and Finance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleanse, validate, and manage HR, IT, and Payroll data
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align data with business needs
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support the project
  • Perform data quality checks and ensure GDPR compliance
  • Present findings and recommendations to project leads
  • Monitor KPIs related to data quality and project progress

Essential Skills:

  • Experience as a Data Analyst in an HR/IT environment
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage large data sets and complex data
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Understanding of ISC (Identity Security Cloud) or other Identity Management solutions
