I am currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the IT workstream for a major project (M&A). This high-impact role focuses on ensuring a seamless IT transition during a critical phase for a global client in M&A.

What You'll Do:

• Drive IT transition planning and execution across global teams
• Lead secure data migration and system readiness
• Deliver integrated solutions across PLM and SAP systems, with a strong emphasis on supply chain processes.
• Ensure business continuity during cutover and transformation
• Ensure uninterrupted business operations during the transition and cutover phases.
• Manage secure data carve-out activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across IT, business, and external partners.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years in IT Project Management in multinational environments
• Proven success in M&A/divestments, IT carve-outs etc
• SAP project experience
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, PLM, and manufacturing IT landscapes
• Solid understanding of IT landscapes in manufacturing and R&D environments.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at executive levels.
