This position is within an eCommerce agency that specialises in enterprise eCommerce implementations, predominantly for customers in the retail sector. As a tech-agnostic systems integrator, you can expect to work on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus, or Adobe Commerce with several integration partners to suit the client's needs.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full delivery responsibility for a customer within the portfolio for either new builds or in-life BAU projects. Delivering work to Agile methodologies, you will be responsible for all stakeholder management and team leadership within your projects.

Ensuring that projects are delivered to scope, quality and budget, you will need to ensure that project profitability is sound and you are the trusted advisor to the client.

Experience required:

• 4/5 years in a Senior Project Management position working with enterprise clients and delivering end-to-end projects, ideally within an agency environment.
• Sound experience and knowledge of an enterprise eCommerce platform - either Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, or SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Experience owning all stakeholder communications, leading meetings and updates, and involvement in discoveries.
• Must have clear and sound communication skills with a strong gravitas
• Experience working with multi-function project teams that are split geographically.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and planning skills - using common Project Management tools such as Jira/Confluence.
• Must be adaptable, passionate, and curious.

• This hire must be able to go to London weekly and be available for in-person client meetings.
• Hybrid working set-up - expect to be in London 1 day a week.
