Global Enterprise Partners is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the IT workstream for a divestment at our Manufacturing client.

This role is critical in ensuring a seamless IT transition, maintaining business continuity, and implementing a robust solution to support a Manufacturing Services Agreement (MSA) under a "Subcontractor" model.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the IT workstream for the divestment:

• Define and finalize the IT scope in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive IT transition plan with both the client and the Buyer.
• Oversee secure and compliant data migration to the Buyer.
• Implement system solutions to support the MSA, ensuring operational readiness.
• Ensure uninterrupted business operations during the transition and cutover phases.

Focus Area (80%+ of time):

• Design and implement the "Act as Subcon" model to support the MSA.
• Deliver integrated solutions across PLM and SAP systems, with a strong emphasis on supply chain processes.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Manage secure data carve-out activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across IT, business, and external partners.

Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably in large-scale, global environments.
• Proven track record in M&A divestments, especially in IT carve-outs and transition planning.
• Deep experience with complex SAP projects, especially in Supply Chain and Industrial Order Fulfilment processes
• Familiarity with PLM systems and their integration with Supply Chain and Industrial Order Fulfilment processes.
• Solid understanding of IT landscapes in manufacturing and R&D environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at executive levels.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Location: Hybrid (Must be NL based)
• Duration: 6-9 months
