I'm working with a prestigious Private Bank in Zurich embarking on a large-scale core banking transformation, and we're looking for an experienced Temenos Business Analyst to join the project team.
This is a key role bridging business and technology - helping ensure the successful rollout, integration, and optimisation of Temenos across critical banking functions.

Your Role

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to core banking processes
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for Temenos configuration and development
• Work closely with technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders
• Support UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution
• Provide SME input on Temenos best practices and capabilities to support end-to-end banking workflows

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Temenos projects (T24/Transact)
• Background in Private or Wealth Banking is highly desirable
• Understanding of Swiss banking processes, regulatory environment, and client life cycle
• Strong stakeholder management skills across IT and business units
• Fluency in English (German is a strong plus)
