As our founding AI engineer, you will have extensive experience building AI solutions and products to solve impressively difficult problems through past projects, designs, or GitHub contributions.
Must Haves
- Expert in Python.
- Industry experience of shipping algorithms and/or evaluation pipelines into production.
- Experience with prompt engineering and large language models.
- Familiarity with Back End development and Postgres databases.
- Experience with Front End development (Typescript/React).
- Extremely clear writer and communicator.
- Publications at top machine learning conferences (eg NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML) or in adjacent fields.
- Familiarity with popular LLM evaluation frameworks such as OpenAI evals.
- Competitive base salary depending on skill and experience.
- Significant equity;
