What they're looking for!
They're looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer to join their product engineering team and play a key role in shaping the technical direction of their AI-powered platforms. You'll take ownership of building intuitive, high-performance user interfaces, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor others in a collaborative, product-driven environment.
What You'll need:
8+ years of experience in Front End development, with deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
Proven expertise in React, or similar frameworks.
Solid understanding of state management (eg, Redux, Pinia) and component-based architecture.
Experience integrating with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Familiarity with performance optimisation, accessibility best practices, and cross-browser compatibility.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
A track record of technical leadership and mentoring.
Nice to Have
Exposure to Back End systems or full-stack development.
Experience with AI/ML platforms or data-heavy applications.
Familiarity with secure or regulated industry environments.
