£55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus & Benefits

We are partnering with a market leading, not-for-profit, organisation based in Leeds who are going through a journey of development and modernisation. They are looking for someone to come in and lead their Business Systems Team. Working across their applications and business critical systems.

You'll ideally be working as a Business Systems Manager looking at coming in and implementing processes and best practices into an immature environment and driving continuous improvement. You'll also ideally have some experience managing a team of analysts.

We're looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Experience across enterprise IT systems
• Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing system environments and release cycles
• Strong stakeholder communication and vendor management experience
