We are seeking an experienced IT Sourcing Specialist to support a strategic procurement function within a leading global specialty insurer. This role will drive critical sourcing initiatives across core IT categories, including software, infrastructure, cloud services, and telecom.

Working closely with IT, Legal, and Security teams, you'll lead mid-level procurement activities and assist in enterprise contract negotiations for platforms like Microsoft, AWS, and ServiceNow. You'll also contribute to shaping category strategies and optimising vendor relationships across the enterprise.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role ideal for someone confident managing vendor negotiations, renewals, and commercial strategy within a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Skills & Experience

• 5-7 years' IT procurement/sourcing experience in enterprise environments

• Deep understanding of IT categories: SaaS, cloud, software licensing, hardware, services

• Strong negotiation skills and proven contract management experience

• Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management

• Able to support the design and execution of sourcing strategies aligned to business goals

• Exposure to vendor risk/compliance practices, SLAs, and renewals

Desirable

• Bachelor's degree and/or CIPS or relevant sourcing certification

• Experience supporting global procurement across cross-functional teams
