Maximo Functional Consultant

£500.00 - £600.00 per day (Inside IR35)

Hybrid - 2 Days per week on site in Watford or Manchester

Overview:
My client in the construction industry are looking for an experienced Maximo Functional Consultant to join their fast-paced team on an initial 12 month contract. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in gathering business requirements, producing functional specifications, and managing e2e commercial design processes within an FM/Maximo environment. This role requires hands-on experience in gap analysis across the business processes and Maximo functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work the FM Contracts to capture business requirements
• Undertake gap analysis against Maximo Functionality
• Develop Functional Specifications for build
• Oversee end-to-end Commercial Design
• Manage design issues and redesigns arising from changes in requirements, build, and test phases
• Support the data design for different testing phases, pre-cutover, cut-over 1 (partial data), and cut-over 2 (full data)

Consultant Gap Analysis:

• Conduct gap analysis sessions with each contract commercial team to review the design against specific contract needs
• Develop contract gap specifications to enable iterative build adjustments
• Align system designs to non-standard business/contract processes and develop design solutions to address.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Maximo (MAS) commercial processes/solutions
• Familiarity with gap analysis methodologies
