IMPLEMENTATION LEAD - Limerick

Atrium EMEA is looking for several Implementation Leads to be responsible for providing direction and strategy for enterprise-wide initiatives. This position is focused on large scale change initiatives with a high degree of complexity that impacts all portions of the business. These projects involve technology change, business process redesigns and operating model reviews/amendments. The Implementation Lead will look across all corporate strategic initiatives to understand how the big picture initiatives link together in a holistic roadmap. 3 days a week required in Limerick office. Also looking for Project Manager and Business Analyst as well as Product Owner
* Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and/or business knowledge and functional expertise.
* Focus of role is on execution of strategic direction of business function activities.
* Carries out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues .
* Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.
* Monitor and report on project performance and issues, escalating issues effectively as required.
* Ensure that best practice benefits and change management methodologies are integrated into project delivery. Understand and manage stakeholder requirements.
* Present and communicate on project progress or other topics to a wide range of audiences.
* Advocate for Business Transformation

Essential:
* Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
* Functional/Fund Industry Knowledge/Fund admin/fund management
* Understanding client service/client servicing/asset servicing/fund accounting/fund portfolios
* Highly flexible and adaptable to change
* Technical skills/systems knowledge (eg Peoplesoft), also AI/machine learning is helpful
* Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff.
