Digital Analyst, Applications

Hybrid working, 2 days on site in Uxbridge

Working as part of an established Applications Team, you will be supporting the rollout of a suite of new applications aimed at increasing customer satisfaction, internal productivity and a creating robust, future proof digital services strategy.

Key responsibilities will be:

• Size, prioritise and update items in the backlog
• Contribute to one, three and five year plans for on-going development
• Liaise with suppliers on application roadmaps and delivery timelines
• Support the applications development, maintenance and delivery
• Capture change and new requirements across the broad estate
• Ensure planned config changes run to improve user experience
• Be an advocate for uses, promoting solutions to improve customer services

The successful candidate will need:

• Excellence in capturing documenting business requirements, into product specifications
• Technical knowledge and understanding of applications (wide range, MS, Oracle)
• Able to troubleshoot and support complex integrated systems
• Analyse and prioritise conflicting demands and provide a collaborative approach to design and service delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with staff at all levels.
• SME in the resolution of complex Infrastructure issues.
• Understanding of data governance and cyber security principles
