Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

• Management of the construction sites and the construction site team
• Coordination with customers, suppliers, buyers and subcontractors
• Ensuring the quality, quantity and adherence to deadlines of the work
• Daily planning and execution of all construction, civil engineering and electrical work
• Preparation of reports, protocols and tests on site
• Supervision and control of installation work
• Visiting and surveying and ensuring sites are set up correctly

Required Skills/Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Experienced in (rooftop) projects starting from 300 kW - 5 MW
• Completed training as a master electrician (m/f/d) or construction technician (m/f/d) and/or professional experience as an electrician in the construction of PV systems or plant construction.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering (AC or DC side) and IT skills in Microsoft 365 and common construction software.
• German language B2-C1 Driving licence
• Willingness to travel

Desirable Skills/Experience:
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:

• Spanish language
