We're working with an ambitious, early-stage start up on a mission to transform how front line roles are hired. Their AI-powered platform is already live with paying customers - and now they're looking for their first in-house engineer to help take things to the next level.

• Be the first technical hire - set the direction for tech, product, and culture.

• Build scalable full-stack systems (Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB).

• Improve performance, reliability, and deployment processes.

• Set the groundwork for future hires and engineering culture.

• Frontend & Backend: Next.js, Node.js

• Infrastructure: MongoDB Atlas, Heroku

• Tools: Auth0, AWS S3, WebSockets

• AI & Voice: OpenAI, Twilio, ElevenLabs

• Senior full-stack engineer with start up experience.

• Strong architectural instincts and scalable systems know-how.

• Clean, maintainable coding style with performance in mind.

• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working independently.
