This is a fantastic OCM Consultant contract opportunity with a leading tech organisation.
The OCM Consultant contract is Hybrid with 3 days a week on site in Reading, remote the other 2.
The OCM Consultant contract is Outside IR35.
As Organisational Change Management Consultant you will engage with business users, managers and stakeholders of all levels on a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation. As Organisational Change Management Consultant previous commercial experience migrating to D365 is essential, ideally from Business Central and also Field Services. In depth knowledge and commercial experience with all 3 is essential as OCM Consultant. The role will engage from the start- pre migration, mapping existing systems and planning the OCM strategy before implementation and then managing post implementation. As Organisational Change Management Consultant solid branding experience is essential as is the creation and delivery of engagement with users via activities such as training, documentation, quizzes, push communication etc to drive successful user adoption. The Organisational Change Management Consultant will develop and lead training around D365 as well as conduct stakeholder assessments do previous experience with all of the above is essential as Organisational Change Management Consultant. The OCM Consultant will be the go to SME for C level on the project and D365 as well as being responsible for the knowledge sharing process and structure - finally tracking and monitoring post implementation - feedback, recommendations, improvements etc.
