What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in 360 recruitment (ideally within tech or SAP/Data Analytics)

• Proven business development track record - someone who knows how to win and grow accounts

• Confidence sourcing in the UK or European markets (bonus if you speak an EU language)

• Strong sourcing skills - LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, etc.

• Knowledge of SAP or Data Analytics hiring trends is a big plus, but not essential
