Global Data and Documents Regulatory Specialist

Are you ready to make a global impact in regulatory affairs? We are seeking a talented and motivated Global Data and Documents Regulatory Specialist to join a dynamic team on a temporary contract. If you have a passion for data integrity and regulatory compliance, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Role Purpose:
In this pivotal role, you will ensure regulatory compliance through effective management of data and documentation across our global markets. You will be the key liaison between various teams, facilitating efficient document management and data governance.

What You'll Do:

  • Monitor and assess data management processes to maintain completeness, timeliness, integrity, and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update data quality issue logs, glossaries, and dictionaries, while managing system user accounts.
  • Generate managerial KPI reports and escalate any data quality performance issues.
  • Manage document uploads into our electronic document management system (Veeva Vault), including study reports and regulatory documentation.
  • Execute quality assurance checks on imported documents to ensure data accuracy.
  • Propose and implement data quality improvements based on industry best practises.
  • Provide technical assistance to the Worldwide Regulatory community and respond to stakeholder inquiries.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in data and document management within Regulatory Affairs, preferably in the agricultural or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience with electronic document management systems and regulatory submissions.
  • Experience working in an international, multidisciplinary project team environment.

Critical Knowledge:

  • A BSc or MSc in a scientific discipline.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of document management systems (eg, Veeva Vault) and familiarity with IT systems and databases.
  • Understanding of global regulatory documentation requirements for agricultural product submissions.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills being an advantage.

Essential Skills:

  • Outstanding organisational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work across cultural boundaries.
