£34,000 - £36,000 (MAX)
Working for a top-tier Global Insurance Company located in the City of London
Candidates MUST have the following skills and experience to be considered:
- At least 2-3 years of current IT Service Desk Support (covering 1st Line and some 2nd)
- Must have Global Support experience
- Must have some Insurance or financial services experience
- Must have good Windows/Microsoft Environment Support experience
- Live locally to central London and be able to commute to work easily
- ITIL accreditation would be ideal to have
This is a small team (3-4 people) based in London, providing 1st and 2nd Line Support to a global user base.
