What You'll Be Driving:

  • Collaborate across teams to map current user journeys and design a better future state.
  • Lead, influence, and energise internal and external stakeholders to get behind the vision.
  • Provide leadership to a support officer, fostering a results-driven, high-integrity team culture.

  • Demonstrable experience designing and delivering multi-channel service strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of service management frameworks and orchestration layers.
  • Strategic thinking backed by razor-sharp data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management at senior levels.
  • People management experience in complex environments.

Bonus Points For:

  • Previous work on shared services or operating model design.
  • Understanding of central government structures and workflows.
