Role : Senior Infrastructure Engineer - SC

Location: Hybrid/Manchester (3 days onsite)

IR35: Inside

Rate: £650/day (Umbrella) MAX

Duration: 6 months

We are looking for an End User Computing Engineer for a 6 Month Contract based in Manchester.

  • We are seeking an experienced End User Computing Engineer to join the team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, resilient services and building a user experience control centre focused on performance.

As an End User Computing Engineer, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Deliver a digital workplace that enhances operational efficiency and user productivity.
  • Provide high-quality IT services and support to end-users.
  • Build and maintain a world-class performance-focused user experience control centre.
  • Exploit and enhance hybrid cloud services to improve flexibility and scalability.
  • Protect and secure the services to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in end-user computing services.

Technical Skills required:

  • Significant experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), particularly Intune and Google Workspace.
  • Proven hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and owning the technical capability of MDM solutions.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in the MDM space.
  • Understanding of performance benchmarking, fault detection, and fault resolution.
  • Significant experience with SaaS service monitoring tools and controls for ensuring performance and reliability.
  • Substantial knowledge of cloud-based technologies and services, particularly hybrid cloud environments.
