Head of Modern Workplace (M365) is required by this global retail organisation to lead and deliver the transformation of the digital workplace for a dynamic, fast-growing international organisation. Whilst managing a small team on the M365 platform, this is still a senior, hands-on leadership role.

If you can demonstrate where you've led on the delivery of complex migrations, across a deep Microsoft stack, mentoring/leading engineers whilst also liaising with the business on key decisions, then this is a great position for you.

• Be the technical authority for Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, SharePoint, Exchange, Entra ID, and endpoint platforms
• Enta ID/Azure AD integrations
• Drive change management within the new platform
• Continual service improvement
• KPI monitoring
• Stakeholder engagement
• Lead the design and implementation of a modern, secure, and scalable IT workplace environment
• Develop and execute a forward-looking Modern Workplace strategy in collaboration with senior leadership
• Define and deliver a global, standardised end-user hardware and software environment
• Strong architecture and design experience across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint platforms-able to define scalable, secure, and standardised modern workplace solutions.
• Able to bridge strategic goals with technical delivery-confident at both boardroom and engineering level
