We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Specialist with hands-on experience in Workday CoPilot and Agent configuration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Workday modules, with a focus on leveraging AI-driven tools like Workday CoPilot and intelligent agents to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

1. Configure and maintain Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence.
2. Design and implement Workday CoPilot and Agent workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes.
3. Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and customizations.
5. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for Workday configurations and AI agents.
6. Participate in Workday releases and updates, testing new features and ensuring compatibility.
7. Execute EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) and mass data loads as needed.
8. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards within Workday.

Required Skills/Experience

1. Hands-on Workday configuration experience.
2. Proven experience with Workday CoPilot and/or AI Agent configuration.
3. Strong understanding of Workday security, business processes, and reporting.
4. Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, and calculated fields.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
