Business Analyst - HR Systems Implementation - Outside IR35 Contract
Our sister company Stellarmann are looking for a contract Business Analyst. Stellarmann build teams of associates to deliver technology and change programmes, in this case for a global professional services firm.
You'll be great for this role if:
You have strong experience delivering business analysis for complex HR system implementations
You're confident engaging senior HR and Legal stakeholders
You have supported RFP/RFI, Proof of Concept and vendor selection processes
You can work independently and communicate clearly across workstreams
You have experience working in Waterfall environments
You're comfortable working with sensitive financial and regulatory data
Experience with and multi-entity environments is desirable
This is an outside IR35 Contract paying competitive market rates. The role offers hybrid working with offices based in Central London.
