We're looking for a Lead SAP EAM Consultant for a long-term project in the utilities sector in Belgium. The tasks will be to design and implement SAP EAM solutions (on-premise & cloud), aligned with business goals. Lead the EAM workstream across the full project life cycle-on time, within budget, and to high quality. Support configuration/customization and ensure smooth integration with SAP and non-SAP systems. Manage and mentor a team of EAM consultants.

Skills and experience needed for this role:

• 10+ years of SAP experience in asset management/maintenance
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM, CS, Linear Asset Management, S/4HANA Service
• Business knowledge of maintenance/service processes and strategic asset management
• Utilities sector experience is essential
• GIS/GEF knowledge is a plus
• Customer-focused, collaborative, and quality-driven

Fluent in Dutch and English
