The Opportunity:
We're looking for experienced VBA Developers to join our End User Computing (EUC) team. You'll be working on developing and supporting tactical tools and applications, helping shape smarter, faster business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and translate user requirements into robust applications
Design, build, and support VBA-based tools
Maintain and improve existing Excel/VBA applications
Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Assess and mitigate risks associated with EUC applications
Provide clear documentation and reporting on progress, challenges, and outcomes
Required Experience & Skills:
Expert-level Excel and VBA skills (particularly Excel Object Model & VBA programming)
5-7+ years' experience in developing and maintaining tactical tools
Solid understanding of EUC risks and control mechanisms
Proven experience in stakeholder communication and problem-solving
Desirable Skills:
Background as a Business Analyst
Strong planning and estimation capabilities
Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus
Working Model:
Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite in London
Rate: £513/day
Contract: Long-term contract (based on performance)
