Overview

Our client, a top 5 global tech company, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support their in-house creative innovation team. This team delivers high-impact, often first-of-their-kind advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and has experience managing complex, cross-functional campaigns from brief to launch.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end delivery of custom advertising campaigns across digital and emerging media platforms

Interpret campaign briefs and align creative vision with technical feasibility

Collaborate with internal teams including creative, legal, and tech to ensure smooth execution

Present campaign concepts and updates to senior stakeholders and clients

Support innovation by helping develop new advertising formats and experiences

Work across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile environment

What We're Looking For

Strong project management experience within creative advertising, digital media, or tech

Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and solving complex problems

Confident communicator with experience presenting to clients and internal stakeholders

Highly organised, proactive, and solution-oriented

Required Skills

Proficiency with Asana (required); experience with or Trello is a plus

Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a creative or media environment

Exposure to platforms such as connected TV, voice assistants, or smart devices is a bonus

Experience with Salesforce is helpful but not essential

Preferred Background

Senior -level candidates with experience at leading creative, tech, or media organisations

Background in campaign management for sectors such as entertainment, hospitality, gaming, or consumer brands
