The Role

• Develop professional solutions to everyday business problems as part of the EUI End User Computing (EUC) team.
• Analyze requirements, design and document new IT applications, maintain and support existing applications.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of end-user applications, security environment, support, infrastructure, tooling & documentation.
• Offer practical help to both technical and non-technical (internal) clients.
• Understand and provide feedback on risks and control the environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Strong ability to elicit requirements from End Users
• Ability to plan work:
  • • Plan how to approach the work, dividing it into smaller units as required
    • Accurately estimate the effort required for each unit of work
    • Estimate the total elapsed time to deliver the work

• Ability to report clearly on work delivered and benefits realized, and challenges encountered
• An understanding of the risks of End User applications and how to control them

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Strong Excel and Strong VBA skills, particularly in the Excel object model and VBA programming
• Experience building, supporting, and maintaining End User applications (Tactical tools)

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

• Around 5 - 7+ years.
