D365 F&O Support Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing second and third-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring the platform runs smoothly, efficiently, and securely. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O and related Microsoft technologies, coupled with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.

Work closely with business users to identify system problems, understand requirements, and deliver appropriate solutions or escalate as needed.
-
Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, and external partners to manage and resolve system incidents and service requests.
-
Perform technical configuration, customizations (X ), integrations, and data fixes when necessary.
-
Monitor system performance and work on optimization or enhancement opportunities.
-
Support scheduled updates, patches, and upgrades including regression testing and coordination with stakeholders.
-
Maintain documentation of support activities, technical configurations, and resolutions.
-
Assist with data migration, report development (Power BI, SSRS), and environment management (UAT, PROD, Sandbox).

Ensure compliance with change management and IT governance policies.
Requirements: Essential Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
-
3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX 2012).
-
Strong understanding of F&O technical architecture, including X , AOT, and LCS.
-
Experience with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, and data management frameworks.
-
Good knowledge of D365 integrations (OData, REST APIs, Data Entities).
-
Familiarity with D365 life cycle services (LCS), monitoring tools, and environment management.
-
Analytical and troubleshooting mindset with excellent communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tasks with minimal supervision.
Desirable:
-
Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 F&O (eg, MB-500, MB-300).
-
Experience working in ITIL-based support environments.
-
Exposure to finance, supply chain, or retail modules within D365 F&O.
-
Understanding of security roles and user access setup in D365.
