ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced Business Analyst with a deep understanding of Financial Markets and Treasury products. You know how to translate complex front-to-back processes into clear functional solutions and accurate accounting flows. You enjoy working in dynamic, regulated environments where Finance and IT need to collaborate seamlessly. You're hands-on with data analysis, testing, and documentation, and comfortable coordinating squads and stakeholders to deliver change that works in practice, not just on paper.

• Analyse new product launches, regulatory changes, or process optimisations and translate them into clear requirements
• Act as the link between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to align solutions end-to-end
• Write functional specifications and test plans; execute and support testing, including daily product accounting checks
• Design and implement controls to ensure data quality and compliance
• Maintain user manuals, quick reference guides, and other documentation
• Support the Product Owner with backlog management and translating epics into actionable features and user stories
• Coordinate with other squads and programs to ensure smooth delivery across the chain

• Solid expertise in Wholesale Banking and Financial Markets products (eg FX, Money Market, Swaps, Securities, Repo)
• Strong grasp of product accounting, hedge accounting (nice to have), and financial reporting principles
• Proven experience with front-to-back flows and systems such as Murex, Summit, Sophis, or Calypso
• Hands-on skills in SQL and data impact analysis
• Good understanding of Agile ways of working and backlog management
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, fluent in English
• 10+ years of relevant experience in banking or financial services
