Are you a seasoned Desktop Support Engineer with a passion for high-performance environments? A major global hedge fund is seeking a sharp, proactive, and experienced support professional to join their elite Front Office IT team.

The Opportunity:

You'll be Embedded in the Front Office, supporting high-value users including traders, executives, and portfolio managers. What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing hands-on support for Windows environments, Exchange, Intune, NetScaler, and endpoint security
• Supporting Mac devices (minor but important)
• Managing and troubleshooting Bloomberg, Tradeweb, and other trading platforms
• Acting as the go-to tech expert for senior stakeholders and execs
• Working a 4-day week (Saturday-Tuesday) with 10-hour shifts
• Participating in a weekend rota (approx. 1 in 6 weekends off)

What We're Looking For:

• 5-8 years' experience in desktop support, ideally in financial services or trading environments
• Strong knowledge of Windows platforms, Exchange, Intune, and security tools
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Tradeweb, and other trading systems
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior business users
• A calm, solutions-focused mindset under pressure
