Key Responsibilities

End-User Support: Deliver exceptional desktop support across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations both remotely and in person.

Incident & Service Management: Manage and resolve service requests within defined SLAs. Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and track issues, providing timely updates to users.

Video Conferencing Solutions: Install, configure, and support platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Yealink hardware to ensure seamless virtual collaboration.

SSO Management & Integration: Implement and manage Single Sign-On solutions using Azure Enterprise Applications, SAML, SCIM, and Microsoft Entra ID.

Asset & Configuration Management: Use Intune to deploy and manage desktop systems and maintain accurate asset records. Ensure software compliance with security and organizational standards.

Collaboration & Training: Educate end users on Office 365, video conferencing tools, and self-service troubleshooting. Develop and maintain support documentation.

Security & Compliance: Ensure devices and applications meet security requirements. Implement and monitor solutions such as encryption, MFA, and remote wipe via Intune.

Innovation & Improvement: Stay up to date on emerging IT trends. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the end-user experience and operational efficiency.
About You
You bring a mix of deep technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to support a fast-paced financial services environment.
Essential Skills:

Proven experience in end-user IT support within a corporate setting.

Expertise with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive).

Solid experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/EMM) and desktop deployment strategies.

Identity management knowledge focused on Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Azure Domain Services.

Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Experience with automation/Scripting tools (PowerShell, Python preferred).
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Desirable:

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and virtualization.

Experience working in financial services or investment management is a plus.
