Technical Application Manager Sofico Miles

Start: ASAP/Duration: 6-9 month's/Location: Remote/ProjectID: 5280

Our client is one of the largest car manufacturers in the world. Future-oriented digitalization is changing our mobility like never before - the way we drive, communicate on the road and connect people and vehicles - from autonomous driving and the development of new platforms to personalized customer services via app. As a Sofico Application Manager, you are an important contact person for internal and external partners in the team. You ensure the operation and further development of the Miles solution according to best practice.

Your tasks:

• Technical application management of the Sofico Miles Cloud solution
• Planning of new configurations, orchestration and deployment
• Creation of release notes for new software versions
• Planning and coordination of test cycles after Sofico Miles updates
• Error analysis and resolution, ensuring incident management
• Creation and execution of SQL queries
• Sofico Miles know-how transfer to team members
• Cooperation with the internal Sofico Miles Competence Center in Southern Europe and external partners

Your skills:

• Degree in computer science or comparable qualification
• Sofico Miles experience in Technical Application Management or Technical Product Ownership from comparable projects
• Good SQL skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer orientation
• Communicative team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and intercultural environment
• Very good knowledge of English
