1. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Operations, or related field.
Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Professional certifications (CMA, Six Sigma, CPA, PMP) are a plus.
2. Skills
Minimum 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in shared services or global operations within a multinational environment.
Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation and change management initiatives.
Deep understanding of shared services models, process optimization, and service delivery frameworks.
Experience with ERP systems (eg, SAP, Oracle), automation tools (eg, RPA), and data analytics platforms
. Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million budgets.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, multicultural teams across multiple time zones.
