Role: SAP Solution Lead/Process Design

Location: London/Hybrid

Contract Length: 6 months initially

We are looking for a SAP Solution Lead/Process Design Expert to lead cross-functional solution design as part of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role is responsible for aligning business process requirements with scalable, integrated solutions across domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional solution design and validation across SAP S/4HANA workstreams
• Align business processes with future-state operating models and transformation goals
• Collaborate with architects to ensure systems integration and data flow consistency
• Manage solution end-to-end solution review, stakeholder alignment, and partner coordination
• Support cutover planning, transition readiness, and operational handover

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in S/4 Hana Programmes
• Experience in Solution Design/Process Design, operating model transition, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes across OTC, P2P, R2R, and Supply Chain, and integration
• Comfortable working in a global delivery environment
