As a Business Analyst in the Loan Products & Payments area, your work will focus on improving applications for wholesale customers and enhancing their overall experience.

• You'll contribute to large-scale programmes focused on core banking transformation and credit data improvements

• Act as a bridge between business goals and IT solutions in a complex corporate landscape

• Be part of a DevOps team responsible for both change and run activities

• Operate in a highly collaborative, agile setup focused on delivering client-centric services

• Help shape the digital future of banking for wholesale and rural clients globally

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders in the Credit Default Data project

• Gather and document both functional and non-functional business requirements

• Translate business needs into clear solutions aligned with strategic goals

• Work with the product owner to prioritize and refine the product backlog

• Ensure solutions meet global corporate lending standards and customer expectations

• Collaborate with your squad to deliver business value from a T-shaped team perspective

AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE

• Holds a degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, or a similar field

• Brings at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services

• Has hands-on experience with Oracle Flexcube and syndicated lending solutions

• Understands loan products, collateral management, and related cash flow processes

• Familiar with SQL and cloud platforms like MS Azure (pre)

• Demonstrates excellent English communication skills and a proactive mindset
