SAP ICR Functional Advisor - Remote (Ireland-Based)

Are you an SAP Financials expert with deep knowledge of Intercompany Reconciliation (ICR)? We're seeking an experienced SAP ICR Functional Advisor to join a high-impact finance transformation programme at Kerry Group during a critical build and implementation phase. You'll play a pivotal advisory role as the project transitions from design into build, supporting a cross-functional team to implement ICR within SAP ECC. This is a standalone, client-facing role where you'll provide subject matter expertise, guide best practices, and help troubleshoot technical and functional challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the SAP ICR SME, advising the client and internal stakeholders during the build and test phases.
• Provide expert input on SAP ICR configuration, including Reconciliation Types 001, 002, and 003.
• Guide and support junior resources in execution, testing, and transport processes.
• Liaise with project leads and stakeholders to answer implementation questions and support post-go-live planning.
• Assist with technical queries during UAT, ensuring alignment with best practices and system capabilities.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Deep functional knowledge of SAP FI, particularly AR/AP and General Ledger processes.
• Extensive experience with intercompany transactions, postings, and eliminations.
• Strong configuration knowledge of SAP ICR, including matching rules, partner assignments, and reconciliation keys.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC ICR, including executing settlement and clearing of reconciled transactions.
• Confident communicator, capable of advising stakeholders and addressing complex queries independently.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience working in a client advisory or consulting capacity.
• Familiarity with SAP programme delivery environments.
