Endur Business Analyst | 12-month Contract | London (Hybrid) | £895 per day (inside IR35)

We're looking for an experienced Endur Business Analyst to join a high-impact programme focused on the European Power trading markets. You'll lead your own workstream, shaping solutions across Front, Middle, or Back Office functions and working closely with stakeholders from business and IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the business analysis for a defined workstream from planning through to go-live.

• Shape and validate solution designs, balancing risk, feasibility, and business value.

• Act as the escalation point for your workstream, resolving issues and roadblocks.

• Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations effectively.

• Drive innovation by identifying better ways of working and system improvements.

About You

• 5+ years experience as an Endur Business Analyst, including hands-on configuration expertise.

• Strong background in full project life cycle delivery within trading environments.

• Deep understanding of European Power trading and related financial instruments (eg, swaps, futures, PPAs).

• Functional expertise in at least one of the following: trade capture, risk valuation, market risk, Back Office, accounting, or ETRM system migration.

• Confident working in Agile teams with a proactive and quality-focused mindset.
