Reports to: Brewery Manager

Working Hours: 7am 4pm, Monday - Friday

Role Overview: Signal Coalition Brewing Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our brewery warehouses, overseeing both raw materials and packaged products. This role requires a strong understanding of the brewing process, packaging, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the brewery warehouses, including raw materials, inputs, and packaged products.
• Oversee stock management, prepare orders, and liaise with the production team on upcoming needs.
• Assist in packaging, primarily bottling, and occasional work in the brewery to assist the production team
• Ensure accurate and precise inventory management.
• Prepare orders, which involves moving kegs and boxes of beer.
• Operate or be willing to train as a forklift driver.
• Keep on top of SALSA documentation where required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse and logistics, ideally within a brewery setting. Be keen to learn the processes involved for packaging beer and the brewing.
• Experience with the SALSA standard or a willingness to learn.
• Forklift driving certification or willingness to be trained.
• Strong attention to detail, neatness, and precision around inventories and numbers.
• Effective planning and organizational skills.
• Physical capability to handle the demands of preparing orders and moving heavy items -manual handling.
