Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and activate high-impact consumer opportunities across EMEA.
- Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with global brand and product strategy.
- Translate insights and behavioral data into inspiring creative briefs and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to tailor messaging for cultural, product, and market nuances.
- Partner with Creator and Business teams to ensure cohesive and unified marketing execution across audiences.
- Develop and manage measurement frameworks to assess business impact and inform future campaigns.
- Champion innovation through continuous testing and experimentation across platforms and markets.
- Communicate strategies and outcomes effectively across teams and leadership levels.
- 10+ years of brand marketing experience with a record of driving growth and business impact.
- Deep EMEA/international experience with a strong grasp of cultural and business diversity.
- Proven expertise in executing large-scale, insight-driven marketing campaigns.
- Ability to synthesize data and trends into actionable marketing strategies.
- Skilled in working cross-functionally within matrixed organizations.
- Experience in performance measurement, with a focus on KPIs and ROI.
- Fluency in English required; additional EMEA languages a plus.
- Background in product marketing, growth marketing, or innovation.
- Demonstrated ability to drive executive alignment and long-term strategy development.
