Visual Designer - Digital Banking - London

We are currently seeking a Visual Designer to join the digital banking design Team at a leading national bank. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape engaging digital experiences that make a real difference in customers' lives.

In this role, you'll play a key part in solving real customer problems while ensuring the client's needs remain at the heart of every design solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply creative thinking to tackle complex design challenges
• Design and produce a wide range of visual assets including infographics, logos, and interface elements
• Craft intuitive, engaging user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms
• Use storytelling techniques to communicate ideas and drive alignment across the business
• Develop and iterate on prototypes to test and communicate design solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional design and product teams
• Design clean, user-friendly layouts that strike the right balance between content and interface elements

Skills & Experience

• Strong visual design skills with a portfolio that demonstrates high-quality design thinking and execution
• Experience designing digital products or services with a user-centered approach
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Proven experience solving visual design challenges and delivering cohesive, experience-led digital journeys
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Competence in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
