Title: PMO Lead
Location: Northampton (hybrid)
Contract: Until end of Sept 2025
Salary: Up to £334 (inside IR35)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure strong portfolio governance and adherence to control frameworks.
  • Monitor project performance and facilitate effective prioritisation across change initiatives.
  • Provide strategic reporting to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Lead risk and issue management across the Book of Work.
  • Act as a source of expertise on governance best practices.
  • Empower portfolio teams through coaching, guidance, and structured processes.
Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Have experience in large-scale portfolio/project management environments.
  • Demonstrate stakeholder engagement and executive reporting skills.
  • Be a confident communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Operate with a strategic mindset while maintaining control and delivery focus.
  • Be familiar with governance, control standards, and portfolio tools.
  • Guide teams or collaborative assignments, contribute to policy development, coach others, and ensure operational effectiveness aligned with LEAD behaviours (Listen, Energise, Align, Develop).
