Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure strong portfolio governance and adherence to control frameworks.
- Monitor project performance and facilitate effective prioritisation across change initiatives.
- Provide strategic reporting to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Lead risk and issue management across the Book of Work.
- Act as a source of expertise on governance best practices.
- Empower portfolio teams through coaching, guidance, and structured processes.
- Have experience in large-scale portfolio/project management environments.
- Demonstrate stakeholder engagement and executive reporting skills.
- Be a confident communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Operate with a strategic mindset while maintaining control and delivery focus.
- Be familiar with governance, control standards, and portfolio tools.
- Guide teams or collaborative assignments, contribute to policy development, coach others, and ensure operational effectiveness aligned with LEAD behaviours (Listen, Energise, Align, Develop).
