Location: Hybrid 3 days p/w in office
Type: Contract, 10 Months
Rate: £350 per day PAYE

About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join a dynamic and high-impact team focused on building and expanding partnership ecosystems across the ads and commerce space. In this role, you will identify, shape, and execute strategic frameworks and collaborations that align with business goals and drive revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally across a broad portfolio of products and represent the organization in high-level discussions with leading partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, and close key deals with partners in the ads and commerce ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that integrate partner offerings with core products.
  • Structure complex agreements that address legal and business needs, crafting win-win outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends to inform ecosystem development and product collaboration opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to align on partnership priorities, go-to-market plans, and internal stakeholder engagement.
  • Operate across various verticals-mobile, video, advertising, commerce, big data, and growth initiatives.
  • Represent the organization in executive-level meetings with strategic partners.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in product partnerships, business development, or similar roles within tech or startup environments.
  • Strong experience structuring and negotiating complex deals with strategic partners.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams to co-develop ecosystem and integration strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and translate them into action.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with senior leadership.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and early-stage product development.
Preferred Skills:
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling product partnerships.
  • Experience developing new ecosystem strategies from the ground up.
  • Agility in managing cross-functional initiatives and aligning diverse stakeholders.
