People Relations Specialist
In this role, you would be a part of the People & HR Services - People Relations function.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced People Relations Case Specialist to join us during a pivotal period of transformation within People & HR Services.
As a subject matter expert in Employee Relations (ER) cases, you will provide comprehensive case management support and guidance on highly complex and high risk ER matters, working closely with Business Leaders. Additionally, you will leverage your extensive ER experience to drive improvements in processes, policies, and products, upskilling managers and enhancing the colleague experience for all UK employees
Expert ER Skills
* SME Operating as a trusted Partner to CFU HR and Senior Leaders providing strategic case management support.
* Managing Risk Highlighting issues and challenges before they arise, balancing commercial, ER and people risks to aid sound decision making.
Analytical Skills
* Problem-Solving: Assessing high risk and highly complex people issues and developing effective solutions.
* Data Analysis: Evaluating employee data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Communication Skills
* Stakeholder Management; ability to challenge and have difficult conversations with Leaders of all levels and arrive at mutually agreeable decisions.
* Effective Communication: Ensuring clear and open communication.
* Active Listening: Understanding colleague and stakeholder concerns and feedback
Interpersonal Skills
* Empathy: Understanding and responding to the emotional needs of colleagues.
* Conflict Resolution: Mediating disputes and fostering a harmonious work environment.
Negotiation Skills
* Negotiation: Finding mutually beneficial solutions during disputes or complicated discussions
