Hi All, I'm looking for an SAP consultant cutover specialist to join an exciting project at a prominent and global fashion and retail organization.

Scope: to prepare the business for cutover, for a S4 Fashion deployment.

Your Role:

• Provide SAP support for a major AFS to S/4 Fashion transformation
• Drive cutover rehearsals and data conversion activities
• Ensure clear reporting, proactive onboarding, and seamless team interfacing
• Work closely with the Senior Director EMEA and global teams

What You Bring:

• 6+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA global implementations
• Deep understanding of cutover planning, data conversion, and deployment leadership
• Business Process Knowledge. Source to Settle, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain Management, Procurement-to-Pay (P2P), Contractors-to-Pay, Order-to-Execute
• Industry background in Retail, FMCG, or Supply Chain
• Strong command of tools: XLR, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, PowerPoint
• Ability to identify upstream/downstream impacts and drive cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
