Workday Extend Developer - 4 months - Hybrid (Norwich) - Inside IR35

We are seeking a Workday Extend Developer for a 4-month contract opportunity with one of our leading clients in the insurance sector, based in Norwich. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying custom Workday Extend applications who can bridge the gap between technical delivery and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Workday Extend to meet business requirements in the insurance domain.
• Work closely with functional teams and business analysts to interpret business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
• Ensure all development aligns with Workday's best practices for security, architecture, and integrations.
• Build and maintain reusable components and templates to support long-term development efficiency.

What You Will Ideally Bring

• Proven hands-on experience delivering 1-2+ Workday Extend projects.
• Strong understanding of the Workday object model, XPaths, and security frameworks.
• Proficient with Workday Studio and integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Scripting in JavaScript or similar.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 4 months (View for Extension)
• Day Rate: Up to £550 per day (Inside IR35)
