The Role As Head of Service Delivery, you will:
- Act as a key strategic leader and deputy to the Director of Infrastructure
- Lead high-performing teams across IT Service Desk, End User Computing, Incident/Problem/Change Management, and Service Transition
- Drive excellence in service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational resilience
- Play a leading role in enterprise-level change, continuous improvement, and transformation projects
- Own the service management vision and strategy, underpinned by ITIL and ISO best practices
- Build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels, including executive leadership
- Base: Manchester (or Leeds, if preferred)
- Working pattern: Hybrid - just 1 day per week onsite
- Salary: £80,000
- Car Allowance
- Bonus: 15%-30% performance-related
